We reserve the right to (1) block access to or remove material that we believe in good faith to be copyrighted material that has been illegally copied and distributed by any of our advertisers, affiliates, content providers, members or users and (2) remove and discontinue service to repeat offenders.

Copyright Infringement Notification

If you believe that your work has been copied and posted on InspiringHairstyles.com in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.

Counter Notification

If material that you have posted to InspiringHairstyles.com has been taken down, you may file a counter notification pursuant to Sections 512(g)(2) and (3) of the DMCA. To file a counter notification with us, please provide our Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which InspiringHairstyles.com may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided notification of the alleged infringement.

If a counter notification is received by the Copyright Agent, InspiringHairstyles.com may send a copy of the counter notification to the original complaining party informing that person that it may replace the removed material or cease disabling it in 10 business days. Unless the copyright owner files an action seeking a court order against the content provider, member or user, the removed material may be replaced, or access to it restored, in 10 to 14 business days or more after receipt of the counter notification, at our sole discretion.
